Pursuing the Dream Foundation Advances Future Forward Initiative with $7,000 Technology Grant

Fort Worth, TX – Pursuing the Dream Foundation is proud to announce a significant milestone in our Future Forward Initiative with the receipt of a $7,000 technology grant. This generous grant, made possible through partnerships with Adobe, Stop Six Corporation, and GoDaddy, is dedicated to upgrading and modernizing our website and virtual learning systems.

As part of this initiative, the enhanced digital platform will empower us to expand our virtual presence, offering virtual meetings, trainings, and informational sessions to underserved and underrepresented communities in 2025 and beyond. Work on the website update is already underway and will not disrupt access to our current site. We look forward to unveiling the new platform on February 1, 2025.

The Future Forward Initiative is a targeted program designed to uplift working adults, fostering economic mobility and career advancement through career navigation support, upskilling and reskilling opportunities, and personalized wraparound services. This technology grant represents one of many steps we are taking to achieve our core objectives, including:

• Providing accessible, high-quality career development resources.
• Building meaningful connections with employers and mentors.
• Equipping participants with skills and confidence for long-term success.

The initiative operates on a six-month timeline, with progress tracked through key performance indicators such as participant engagement, skill acquisition, and job placement rates.
